You take equity — how does that work?

For ventures we believe in, part of our fee converts into a stake in your business. Most engagements are still majority studio fees — equity is the piece that ties our incentives to your outcome, so we win when you win, not when the invoice clears.

Why only 3 spots per month?

Because the capacity is real. We're a two-founder studio that embeds deeply in every engagement — three at a time is what deep looks like. It's not artificial scarcity; it's the honest limit of doing the work properly.

If AI builds it, what am I paying for?

The part AI can't do. Anyone can generate a website in an afternoon — and it usually shows. You're paying for what surrounds the build: positioning that says what you actually do, a design system with a point of view, architecture that holds up as you grow, and a senior team accountable for the result. AI speeds up production; it doesn't know your business, and it never notices when the first idea is the wrong one.

Who owns what we build? Am I locked in?

You own everything — code, design system, accounts, all of it. We build on a standard, sensible stack your team can maintain without us. If you never call us again after launch, everything keeps working.

What happens after launch?

Launch is a phase, not the finish line. Every build ends in Revise & Enhance — we stay in the loop, watch the data, and iterate. Foundations clients can stop there; Partnerships keep us embedded as your ongoing design and engineering team.
