Responsive Company (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is a design and development agency based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. We collect only the personal information you voluntarily provide through the forms and features on this website:

  • Contact form — your name and email address when you submit a request through the contact form on the Contact page.
  • RAG library chat — the text of questions you submit to our Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) library widget. We do not collect personal data through the chat; please do not submit personal information in chat queries.
  • Automatic data — standard server logs (IP address, browser type, referring URL, timestamp) collected by our hosting provider for security and operational purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to your contact-form inquiries and provide the services you request.
  • To improve the quality and relevance of our RAG library by analyzing submitted queries (without associating them with your identity).
  • To maintain the security and stability of the website.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

3. Data Storage

We do not operate a relational database. Contact-form submissions are delivered by email to our team and are not persisted in an automated data store. RAG library queries and their generated answers may be stored in our vector database (Pinecone) as embeddings to improve retrieval quality; these embeddings are not linked to your name or email.

4. Cookies

This website does not set tracking or advertising cookies. Third-party embeds on this site may set cookies:

  • YouTube embed — the home page background video is embedded from YouTube and may set cookies subject to Google’s privacy policy.

You can control cookies through your browser settings.

5. Third-Party Services

We rely on the following third-party services to operate the site and its AI features:

  • OpenAI / Azure OpenAI — language model inference for the RAG library chat.
  • Pinecone — vector database storing RAG library content embeddings.
  • YouTube (Google) — embedded video.

Each provider processes data according to its own privacy policy.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or California, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Request correction or deletion of your personal information.
  • Opt out of any processing of your personal information.
